The total enclosed area is 55,000 m². The project includes the construction of the Faculty of Science building with an enclosed area of 10,800 m², and the Faculty of Science and Letters Phase 1 and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences buildings with an enclosed area of 44,200 m². Additionally, infrastructure and landscaping works related to these buildings are included in the project scope. The project features a total of 20 lecture halls (amphitheaters), 88 classrooms, 14 computer laboratories, 6 language laboratories, and 4 student laboratories.
